Thank you for your interest in our J&S Itlaian Imports  products. As a registered retailer, you are welcome to visit our website and download as many pictures and product descriptions as you may need. 


We have no limit on any opening orders. J&S Itlaian Imports  also requests that at least a portion of the entire line (25 items) be represented. Reorders have no minimum. For orders under 15.00, there is a 5.00 surcharge. Order can be placed on our site. Most orders usually ship within 2-3 days. Occasionally, you may need us to hold an order for delivery at a later time. Although we make every effort to keep inventory levels high, it is impossible to foresee when an item becomes popular. We urge you to check stock when possible. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES FLUCTUATE IN RESPONSE TO MARKET CONDITIONS. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. All prices posted on our website are most current prices and will be honored. SAMPLES Samples are available upon request. Please note that sample orders sometimes take longer to process. We limit the number of drop ship samples to 5. However, if your establishment needs samples for display purposes, we will provide you with samples. There are no reships for samples that are damaged in transit, lost, incorrect items that may have shipped by accident or by human error. ONLY CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED. This is strictly enforced. 



We require a valid credit card on file so that we may charge your account when goods are shipped. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Dscover. Payment is due upon shipping, but authorization is required when the order is placed. You may also prepay by company check using our online electronic check verification system.  If we drop ship an order for you, the credit card or E-Check on file with us will be charged even though we are drop shipping goods to a different address other than the address of the credit card on file.  It is agreed that an order through our website suffices as proof that you wanted us to drop ship an order and allow us to bill the credit card on file.  No chargebacks are permitted on the basis that goods were sent to a different address other than the one listed for the credit card on file.  Any issue that arises were a chargeback is concerned must first be attempted to be resolved in writing between the party charging back and J&S Italian Imports.  You agree that chargebacks where this procedure is not followed will be deemed invalid by J&S Italian Imports and the respective financial institution.



We offer drop shipping to all our customers. All orders are shipped ONLY UPS ground by default unless otherwise specified during order placement. UPS rates apply.  Our system is automated and shipping addresses that are input into our system are processed exactly as entered.  Any packages shipped to an incorrect address will incur a UPS $15.00 surcharge per package.  Exact shipping costs cannot be determined unless order is packaged and set on our UPS scale.  We will not be responsible for orders that get lost, arrive late, mislabeled boxes, processing mistakes, orders left at the customers door by UPS and not recovered or orders that arrive damaged. UPS is the carrier….not us.  If UPS leaves a package at a customers door and customer claims they not receive it, customer will have to contact UPS directly to generate an investigation.  J&S Itlaian Imports  will not be responsible to expedaite a replacement order by any other means but UPS ground unless customer wants to pay for express shipment.  For any order that is left at door by UPS and not recovered by customer, it is the total responsibility of the customer to generate a claim and/or investigation for the packages. For the time being, we only ship within the United States. For all shipments, please note that orders become the possesion of the customer once they leave the warehouse. Any issues that arise from damages, refused goods, incorrect addresses, delays, human error, customs become the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the destination customer and the customer for whom we drop shipped.  This also includes any freight issues that arise.  Any  order that is refused, canceled in transit or any other issue, customer is aware that they will be responsible for freight coming and going as well as any  brokerage and/or customs fees that pertain to the order. Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and we will assist you to the best of our abilities in issues that may arise.  


We strongly urge our customers to review our terms and conditions.  We cannot be help responsible in any way if issues arise where our customers terms and conditions do not agree with our terms and conditions.  Example:  If our customer has a no questions asked return policy.  This does not reflect our policy for returns and will not be honored.



All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of delivery. No exceptions. We cannot be held responsible for replacements that may or may not make it in time for your client’s events. Under no circumstances will J&S Itlaian Imports  be responsible for any shipping charges other than UPS ground freight that may arise from damages, lost packages, human error or incorrect items that may have shipped by accident. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise. Please note that a valid damage claim is one where the item is either broken or not functional. All items on website have dimensions and weights listed. Claims for damaged items will require proof of damages in the form of pictures sent to us. NO CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT FORWARDED PICTURES. J&S Itlaian Imports  deals in many types of materials. Variations in ceramics, porcelains, glass that occur naturally in production of these materials are not considered damages. Refused orders will still be charged freight charges incurred in shipping to destination. Damaged samples can only be issued credit. There are no reships for damaged samples or any item that that is ordered in qty = 2 or less.

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery with a restocking fee of 25%. Customer will pay ALL freight charges coming and going. If customer needs to return an order, they need to make all shipping arrangement to get the goods back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RETURN ANY GOODS. If an order is returned to us without written authorization, it will be refused. All items must be in original condition and packaging. Once items are received at our warehouse and we approve receipt, only then will your account be credited. Partial returns will not be accepted. Return orders need to be in the same quantity as original order. Items that have been discontinued cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. 



Since most items in our line are handmade, J&S Itlaian Imports  cannot be responsible for variations in color, minor variations in design, size, shape, weight or to any accessories added to the product in assembly (stones, crystals, pearls etc). Our customers can be assured that we make every effort possible to control the quality of our products. Packaging coloring may also vary and exact coloring cannot be guaranteed since items may been ordered and different times. J&S Itlaian Imports  will not be held responsible for any claim made regarding variations of coloring of the item or its packaging, or any fees that may arise to remedy any such claims. 



As a registered J&S Itlaian Imports  Favors dealer, proper representation of our product line is required. Although we would like the entire line be posted, we suggest that at least 50 products be displayed on your website. All accounts will be reviewed from time to time to evaluate and to validate keeping an account active. J&S Itlaian Imports  reserves the right to close an account if J&S Itlaian Imports  Favors is not represented in a manner conducive to promoting the product line.
